Keep up the good work! LA Solar installed my solar battery and also did extra work by fixing the issue with my solar panel micro-inverter. I am happy with their help and support. Great service was provided. The price for installing the solar battery is reasonable. Arman provided a great service in coordinating the solar battery installation process. Jasmine, Sofia and Sonia were also very helpful throughout the process. Sofia was especially helpful - she was very patient with our questions when setting up the Tesla App after the solar battery was installed. Excellent job LA Solar Group!

I had a fantastic experience with LA Solar when they initially installed my Solar several years ago, and my recent experience with them for maintenance was just as excellent. Matthew, the technician who came out for the service call, was accommodating and courteous. He arrived on time; his professionalism was evident when he entered the door. Matthew took the time to explain what needed to be done and ensured I was comfortable with the process before beginning the work. What impressed me the most was Matthew's dedication to his job. He only left once everything was completed to my satisfaction and ensured everything worked perfectly before he left. It's rare to find such commitment and attention to detail, and it was much appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend LA Solar for their exceptional service and skilled technicians like Matthew. They've maintained their high standards over the years, and I couldn't be happier with their work. Thank you!

LA solar trashed my property. DO NOT GO WITH LASolar #1 we have scheduled an installation date on June 6, 2023 so we got delivery of the materials on June 5, 2023. They finished the installation by June 20, 2023. Can you imagine that these trash sitting on my property for 2 weeks. This is how my project went thru evensince the HOA approved the project. June 5, 2023 -Delivery of the solar panels to my house. June 6, 2023 10am your installer came in Left at 12:15pm Came back at 2pm Left before 230p and said coming back the next day and going to finish June 7, 2023 -no show June 8, 2023 -one of the guy quit that is why they cannot show up June 9, 2023 -was promised that coming in. Then no show saying that the car broke down. June 10, 2023 -no show again June 12, 2023 -no show again June 13, 2023 -came in at 1:30pm Left 5:50pm Said coming back 06/14 Eversince then the project has been abandoned. Missed the initial inspection schedule. L which was oroginally dcheduled on June 16 June 19, 2023 Installer came in 4:05pm and work until 7:30pm this is a violation of HOA. Work can only be done 8 to 5pm in the neighborhood. June 20, 2023 I got a text from your company that it passed the inspection. Again another lies because the project did not conpletely oass the inspection Pass forward I have over $200 electricity bill on July 10, 2023. 20 days after you claim that it passed the inspection I called your company and your conpany is blaiming the utility company and City of Santee as if they are at fault. Called my utility company and ask why my system is not permitted to operate. Was told that the pleople in City Hall has not released the completed inspection report. I wonder why? I went to City Hall to figure it out myself because everytime I call your company. I always get lied to and get the run around. Found out that the inspection did not completely pass as opposed to what I have been told to. They have given me the reason why it is not. Having the placard not installed properly and it has been more than 3 weeks and nothing has happened. We were told by your installer that he is going to come back on June 26, 2023. But it turned out that it is a lie. I have been lied to multiple times by your company and mostly I believe what I have been told in good faith but always been disappointed. Why do I have to call my utility company? Why do I have to go to city hall to figure this out? Your company should have done this for us as your client. I was told by the people in City Hall that after passing the inspection, they normally send the report to the utility company but since it did not pass one of the criteria so they cannot do that. This company has gave me so much headache, andiety and high blood pressure everytime I have to deal with incompetent people. I open my breaker and there was a modem inside and it is not properly screwed Up until now my breaker was not properly screwed in. I am now seeing the service when I get a problem in the service down the line it will be a trash service after taking about $15000 usd from my pocket. Fast forward almost it is now about 45 days after the installation date and I have this solar still not working because of their negligence. Even the old solar has been turned off. I am asking for compensation for having my system turn off due to negligence by your company. Project was done from June 6, 2023 to Nov 20, 2023. Unbelieveble. SAVE YOURSELF STRESS AND HEADACHE STAY AWAY Your disappointed client here, Sherwin

I was a bit nervous to go with LA solar seeing some bad reviews. But they offered me the lowest rate among 4-5 installers, so I decided to give it a try. My experience was pretty good so far. Installed the solar/battery within 2 weeks of sign. That was fast. Now i am waiting for PG&E to permit to operate. The technician Maurice did a good job, communicated well and friendly he help me set up my Tesla power wall and connections through app as well as Enphase inverter. The installation team Chris and David did a phenomenal job, they were thorough and professional they completed the scheduled work in 2 days in professional manner and everything looked good. They even blended the pipework to match the color of the house including sidewalls and roof. They also helped me with an issues with my car where they heard tired noise and helped me isolate to lock rings and got it fixed for me. They were also pleasure have as they did their work and communicated very well. Would recommend La Solar and especially Maurice, Chris and David.
